Linked roles are roles that are connected to one another in a fundamental way. Some of them are linked via death: if one linked role dies, the other will commit suicide that night, for instance. Others are more linked to powers: if one linked role dies, the other won't be able to use their night action.

Linked roles can add a sense of connectedness to a game, and are less common than other roles.
